Step one: Always begin by carefully reviewing your teacher’s instructions regarding topic, resources, and style (such as MLA).

Sometimes we get in a funk because there are a number of problems or unfinished things bugging us. And at times we feel like certain problems just won’t go away. It’s amazing what getting a few of these things off your docket can do for lifting a heavy burden off your shoulders. Here are a few tips on how to get started.
Make a list of problems you wish were solved. I’m using the term, “problem,” loosely. It can also be anything unfinished or irritating or anything that makes you unhappy.

One of the big problems faced by people who are busy is knowing how to say no. Being busy is not a problem for those of us who choose what we do but being expected to spend our time on things we do not want to do can be horrible. Do you remember, as a child, being asked to tidy your room? I still have young children and they really know how to say no when there is an unpleasant job to be done.

Then let your brain and body have you do the things to get you there. There are three nutrients, which your body produces, that increase lean body mass or muscle growth. The question is, Do we need more of them than the body produces? Let’s look at this situation.
